Decorating for Halloween

I may not dress up in Halloween costumes, but I do dress up the house for the holiday.    So here is a charger plate I dresssed up with our Frightful Sight designer series.

Ingredients to make the project:
Paper:   Basic Black, Frightful Sight Designer Series Paper
Accessories:   Rhinestones, Old Olive Striped Grosgrain Ribbon, Buttons from a local craft store
Tools:  Circle Cutting System, Perfect Pennants Sizzex, Big Shot, Die cutting machine and cartridge from a local craft store
