Flower Fest Paper Piercing

This week's Pals Paper Arts has a paper piercing challenge.   So I decided to pull out my paper piercer and mat pack to make a great border for this card.

I also have a retired color and designer series paper, remember our old friend Lavender Lace.

Ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets:   Flower Fest, Three For You Punch Box
Ink:  Lavendar Lace, Versamark
Paper:   Lavendar Lace, Whisper White, Lavendar Lace Prints Designer Series Paper Pack
Accessories:  White Satin Ribbon, Pearls, White Embossing Powder
Tools:  Heat Gun, Embossing Buddy, Mat Pack, Paper Piercer, Large Scallop Circle Punch, Fancy Flower Punch
