Build a Cupcake

So the minute I saw this week's Paper Crafts Crew sketch of the week.   My eye was drawn to the striped designer series paper sheet. in the sketch.  Last week I created a floral card in pink and black and I am back with the same color scheme to create a cupcake card.

The top of the cupcake was made with punching a scallop border and then with a 2 1/2 circle punch I made the cupcake top.    The bottom was a free form cut with my paper trimmer.

Ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets:  Banner Banter
Ink:  Basic Black
Paper:   Whisper White, Pink Pirouette, Basic Black, Pink Pirouette Patterns Designer Series Paper
Accessories:  Pearls, Basic Black Baker's Twine, Neutral Candy Dots
Tools:  Tasteful Trim Sizzex, 1" Circle Punch, Scallop Trim Border Punch, 2 1/2" Circle Punch, Heart to Heart Punch
