Big Bold Birthday Going Away

I have to say I love this cupcake set. It is such a great set. My favorite thing to do with this set is to stamp the bottom and the candle. Then use my scallop circle punch to punch the frosting out of polka dot designer series paper, cut the scallop in half and attach the frosting with dimensionals. The designer series paper of choice in this project is retired Pretty in Pink Prints paper. I stamped the Polka Dot background ont he bottom. The border between the top and the bottom is some Regal Rose wide grosgrain ribbon and two pretty in pink brads.
