Whenever I am in a rut, I thumb through old issues of magazines I have. I was inspired by the cover of the July August 2011 Paper Crafts magazine. I just love the Pool Party combined with Real Red.

Tools: Scallop Border Punch, Perfect Pennants Punch, Small Heart Punch
