Fun is Good

I have been wanting to create a card with the Fun is Good sentiment for a while now, but I just couldn't figure out how to work it into a project.    Then this week's Tall & Skinny sketch inspired me to make a fun pennant card with balloons.   I am so happy with the results.

Ink:   Real Red, Peach Parfait
Paper:   Whisper White, Real Red, Peach Parfait and Designer Series Paper from a local craft store
Accessories:   Red Grosgrain Ribbon and Enamel Dots from a local craft stoe
Tools:   Triple Banner Punch, Balloon Punch
