I saw this Sugar Pea sketch with the banners and I thought it would make a fun birthday card.
Ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets: Cottage Greetings
Ink: Primrose Petals
Paper: Whisper White, Martha Stewart Modern Festive Collection Designer Series Paper
Accessories: Enamel Dots and Baker's Twine from a local craft store
Tools: Triple Banner Punch, Circle Frameltis, Scallop Trim Border Punch
