Summer Sunflower

So somewhere along the line I saw an advertisement for a summer bracelet that looked just like this card.    Tempting Turquoise along with some Peach Parfait were woven.   The card was a sunflower just like this.    I knew I needed to create a card with that inspiration.    I am so use to the sunflower being a fall flower or rich tones, but it really is a summer flower.   That is when we start seeing them in the garden.

So I made my own strip of designer paper with strips of card stock.    The flower was fussy cut from the Painted Autumn designer series paper.   The sentiment comes from the Perennial Birthday stamp set.    Enamel dots complete the project.
