CAS Colour & Sketches

  

So I am throwing my hat into becoming a design team member for the CAS Colours & Sketches.     I would be honored to be a part of this talented team of designers.     So much inspiration every week from this group.      

Here is my first submission for the sketch of the week.   I took their sketch and turned it on it's side and add a few details to make it my own.      The sentiment comes from the Everything Festive stamp set.   Stampin' Write markers help add two colors to the sentiment.    I die cut the frame with my Stitched Nested Labels.    The spider was diecut from the Wicked dies and put on top of a 3/4" circle punch.    A strip of card stock and some baker's twine complete the project.

Next submission is for the color challenge.     I pulled out my Silhouette Scenes stamp set that really has not had much use since I purchased it.   The clouds come from the Balloon Celebration stamp set.     The hearts come from the retired Heart to Heart punch.     A found retired designer paper for the strip on the side.    A heart button and some twine complete the card.

Cross your fingers for me and hope that I can join this talented team of designers and be able to showcase projects for them weekly.
