So here is another project made with the Happy Birthday to You stamp set that was available during Sale-a-bration. The florals were stamped and then fussy cut and colored in with my Stampin' Blends. The sentiment was masked off with scotch tape and then stamped and then I proceeded to do the other half of the sentiment. The designer series paper used was Golden Honey designer series paper. The die comes from the Stitched so Sweetly set. The tag comes from the Birthday Bonanza. The fishing touches were sequins, satin ribbon and some baker's twine.
