Charming Petite Pennants

So how much do you love the new Petite Pennants punch!   I decided to make my own designer series paper for the pennants with the very lovely Charming stamp set.

Here are the ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets: Charming, On Your Birthday
Ink:   Old Olive, Concord Crush
Paper:  Whisper White, Certainly Celery Patterns Designer Series Paper
Accessories:   White Taffeta Ribbon, Pearls, White Buttons
Tools:   Petite Pennants Punch, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch
