Stampin' Royalty Anything Goes

This week Stamping Royalty gives us the challenge that Anything Goes!!!    Cards and bows are so boring on top of presents.   Here is my tag in an envelope combined to make a gift top holder with a homemade paper floral. 

To make the curve in the tag, I used a circle cut out as a template to cut out the curve
