I was on the quest to find a treat to give to give to my niece and nephew's classmates that was not candy. Let's just say it was not easy without breaking the bank. Thank God for the Target dollar finds. I found these great Halloween tattoos that came for 20 kits for only 3$. They come with 4 tattoos in box. How great is that.
So after a little playing I ended up coming up with this fun design to decorate them. The hardest part will be fussy cutting all the beautiful hats in the Toil & Trouble designer series paper.
The sentiment was stamped from the Takeout Treats and punched out. Strips of designer series paper complete the treat.
