So this take on the CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge is a little of a stretch and it was turned on it's side but the basic elements are there. The background was made with Water Painters and Pretty in Pink and Highland Heathers ink. The penguin was fussy cut from the Penguin Playmates DSP. The sentiment comes from the retired Peace & Joy set. The strip of DSP comes from the True Love line. The finishing touch was the Metallic Pearls inside the snowflakes.
