Wine Bottle Topper

While doing holiday shopping, I saw this idea of a simple topper to put on a bottle and thought wouldn't it be great to do one like this for a wine bottle for the holidays. Just take a 10" x 4 1/2" piece of paper and score at 2 1/2" and punch a 1 3/4" circle punch in the center of the top scored part. Dawn and Heather's blogs recently put hearts for cheeks on their punch art creations and I couldn't wait to make one with hearts for cheeks on my snowman.

Ingredients to make the project:
Stamp Set: Sweet Season
Ink: Basic Black, Real Red
Paper: Real Red Patterns Designer Series Pack (retired), Real Red, Whisper White, Basic Black
Accessories: 5/8" and 1/4" Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon, Basic Black Buttons (retired)
