August Open Workshop Projects

Here are the projects we made tonight at my August Open Workshop. The first project you got a sneak peak a week ago. Click here to see a picture of the 2 page 12x12 friends scrapbook page spread that we made tonight.

The next project was a Christmas card made with Perfect Presentation stamp set. The colors used in the card are Real Red and Old Olive. The North Pole saying was stamped twice once in Real Red and then a second time with Old Olive. The one stamped in Old Olive was punched out with the 1 1/4" circle. The Real Red image, Dec. 25 was punched out with 1/2" circle. Then with the 1 3/8" inch circle punch I punched a piece of red card stock. All the images were layered one on top of the other. The Dec. 25 was popped up a dimensional. The curve of the red cardstock on the bottom was done with my cutting board and the Cutter Kit. Tis the season comes from the Greetings Galore stamp set and was punched out with the Word Window punch.

The next project was a Halloween candy bar holder. The ghosts are from Holiday Blitz and the just for you saying comes from the Three For You punch box. The background was stamped in the Aida Cloth background stamp. The colors in the project are Eggplant Envy and Old Olive. The slit at the bottom of the candy bar holder was made with the slit punch. The candy bar was adhered with a pop-up glue dot.

The next open workshop is Thursday, September 20th. Check back here the week or two before for sneak peaks at what projects we will be making on that day.
