Since I just found out that someone was going to have a baby and didn't know if it was going to be a boy or a girl, the certainly celery prints designer series paper with the polka dots called out to me along with the baby carriage from Fun & Fast Notes.
I stamped the baby carriage and then colored it in with my Stampin' Write Markers. After that, I used the uni-Signal white gel pen to make the white polka dots. I cut out the circles out with the Coluzze cutting system and layered them. Lastly, I adhered a strip of Certainly Celery grosgrain ribbon. Then tied a bow and attached with a glue dot.
