Here's another card created with the red and white polka dots. This time I used the Looks like Spring set. I took the suggestion of using the punches and used the scallop punch to cut the flower out. So how many hours have we lost cutting the big flower out, now we don't have to all we need to do is use the scallop punch.
I also used the Spring Flower Bouquet to cut out the small flowers and used dimensions to pop the flowers up. I put a Natural Button with linen thread in the middle of the large flower. The Hey There comes from the Fundamental Phrases stamp set. I used paper piercing to finish the card off.
