So I have been playing with some retiring papers and stamp sets. I have to say I had a lot of the Holiday Lounge designer series paper still left over. So here is a birthday card I made with it.

Tools: Scallop Border Punch, 1 3/4 Circle Punch, Big Shot, Circles #2 Sizzex, Mat Pack, Paper Piercer
