In the next couple of months I have a feeling there will be a lot of jumping between holidays. Moving from Halloween to Christmas and back. This week's Pals Paper Arts challenge is Halloween! So I found another punch that layers great with the new Decorative Label punch.
So here is my card and the ingredients to make it:

Tools: Scallop Border Punch, Decorative Label Punch, Modern Label Punch, Scallop Circle Sizzex, Big Shot, Circle Scissors Plus, Bitty Bat Large Punch, 2 1/2 Circle Punch, Paper Piercer, uni-Signal Gel Pen
