Stamping 411 Sketch Challenge

I have to say I am loving the Stamping 411 sketch challenges.    I have to say as I saw this week's sketch the 3 circles made me think I needed to change to have pennants going accross.

So here is my card inspired by this week's Stamping 411 challenge.

Ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets:   Sweet Cake
Ink:  Poppy Parade
Paper:  Whisper White, Poppy Parade, Poppy Parade Patterns Designer Series Paper, Sweet Shop Specialty Designer Series Paper
Accessories:  Pearls
Tools:  Labels Collection Framelits, Big Shot, Perfect Pennants Punch, Scallop Trim Border Punch
