Quick and Easy Easter Treat Bags

Here is a super quick and easy Easter.   Add a few treats to a cellophane bag.   Tie with ribbon and add a tag!

Ingredients to make the tag:
Stamp Sets:   Everybunny, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink:  Basic Brown, Pretty in Pink
Paper:  Certainly Celery, Whisper White, Pear Pizzazz Patterns Designer Series Paper
Accessories:  White Baker's Twine, Certainly Celery Poly Twill Ribbon
Tools:  Extra Large Scallop Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, Doily Punch from a local craft store
