Freshly Made Sketch

So I am lovin' this week's Freshly Made Sketch.     So simple, but beautiful.     Freshly Made Sketch is celebrating their 200th sketch.     So many great prizes and wow there is project inspiration overload!    So many amazing ideas for this sketch.

Here is my holiday card made with the sketch.   I love the among the branches stamp set!

Paper:   Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White, Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper
Accessories:   Frosted Sequins, Rhinestones, Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine, Whisper White Embossing Powder
Tools:   Circle Framelits, Heat Gun, Embossing Buddy

How did you get the rhinestones to stick? If glue gun used, is there a trick you used so that no glue shows outside of the rhinestone. Mine are always messy. :(
