Caseing the Catty Holiday Designer Paper

We are now blog hopping at Caseing the Catty.   So hop with us from one design team member to the next. I hope you can join us in the hop and enjoy all the beautiful creations that we case (copied and steal everything) from the Holiday Mini.   This week we are challenge everyone to case a project with Holiday Designer Series Paper.

I was inspired by the card on page 25 of the mini.   I decided to case the layout of the card.    I love the simplicity of the layout.   After I pulled the card together I realized I didn't use a current Holiday Designer Series Paper.  Oh no!   I really tried but none of the paper I had at my disposal were making me smile when I put them next to the poinsettias I stamped.    So hope this helps anyone who still has a Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper pack.

The poinsettias outline was stamped in  Early Espresso.     The inside of the poinsettia was stamp in Cherry Cobbler and colored in with my Cherry Cobbler Blendabilities.

If you have been following the hop, you just came from Elizabeth Gross and the next stop in the hop is Kathryn Mangelsdorf

Ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets:   Reason for the Season
Ink:   Early Espresso, Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive ink and Blendabilities
Paper:   Whisper White, Trim the Tree Designer Series Paper
Accessories:   Neutral Candy Dots and Buttons and Linen Thread

What a great idea to use the poinsettias for the row of images instead of the snowflakes.

This is a great CASE, Stasia. I love poinsettias, but I'm still pondering over this set.
