Floral Wings

I am taking a break from fall and holiday card making and making some much needed birthday cards.   Here is the beautiful Floral Wings stamp set.   I fell in love with the set and it was a perfect addition to my stamp collection.   I love the two/three step stamping this stamp set allows.   It has the perfect little rosettes.    One of my favorite new/old techniques is sponging.   I love the added dimension it adds to the card with out the extra bulk that card stock adds.     Have you checked out the Decorative Masks in the catalog.   One of my favorite masks is the Dots & Stripes.

Here is a birthday card I made with this week's Freshly Made Sketches.

Ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets:   Floral Wings, Cottage Greetings
Ink;   Soft Sky, Watermelon Wonder, Cucumber Crush
Paper:   Whisper White, Watermelon Wonder, In Color Patterns Designer Series Paper
Accessories:   Whisper White Baker's Twine,  Whisper White Embossing Powder, Enamel Dots from a local craft store
Tools:  Triple Banner Punch, Heat Gun, Embossing Buddy, Dots & Stripes Decorative Masks, Sponges
