So I started with a Valentine's Day card and ended up that the card needed something more so after a few more die cuts and a punch, I ended up with a baby card. In the long run, it all works out because I was due to make one soon.
So the clouds were die cut with the Rainbow Builder punch, the sentiment comes from the Little Twinkle set. Twinkle Twinkle Designer Series Paper and baker's twine completes the card.
