Who remembers when 1999 seemed so far away and we were singing Let's Go Crazy. The Prince image comes from the Rock On stamp set. The background is one of my favorites that I got at the expo it is from Rubbernecker Stamps and it is called Squares and Rectangles Stencil. I applied it with my Dylusions Black Paint and a sponge dauber and I love it. It gives you the dark black that you just need for the background. I masked the sentiment to just get Party like. Next I die cut the numbers from the Tim Holtz Gift Bag die. Stitched Rectangle die, strip of designer series paper and enamel dots complete the card.
