This birthday tag came together really quickly. I got these delicious cupcakes for a friend's birthday. I knew I couldn't give them without a cute tag to put on them. The cupcakes and sentiment come from the Birthday Cheer stamp set. The designer series paper is How Sweet it is. A half circle punch, card stock, baker's twine, retired pink pirouette ribbon and enamel dots complet the project.
