So Hat's Off is not just for the men in your life. Here is a card I made for my niece for her birthday! She is totally a tomboy and she loves wear hats and the color pink.
The cape was stamped and embossed in Blushing Bride. The stamp set is called Hat's Off and the coordinating die is called Hat Builder. The sentiment is from the Create with Friends. The heart was diecut from the Many Hearts set. I love the rainbow paper from the Pattern Party Hostess exclusive die! It is my new favorite. Strips of card stock, twine and resin hearts complete the card.
