There is something about rainbows. Love them as a kid and still love them today when I see them after a rain storm. Here is a card to cheer up a friend. Stamp Set that was heat embossed is Sending you Thoughts. The designer series paper from the Martha Stewart Modern Festive set. I used the Rainbow Builder die cut. Scalloped border and Sequins complete the card.
