Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #15

Here is another great color combo from Dawn McVey's Raspberry Suite Color Challenge. The colors are: Melon, Moss, Cream and Medium Pink. So I decided to use the Stampin' Up! colors: Pink Passion, Very Vanilla, Certainly Celery and the retired Tangerine Tango. I have to say I love the way the card came out. It's a 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" card.

Here are the ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets: Delightful Decorations (Holiday Mini), One of Kind
Ink: Tangerine Tango and Pink Passion
Paper: Pawsitively Prints designer series paper (Holiday Mini), Very Vanilla
Accessories: Certainly Celery wide grosgrain ribbon and 5/8" vanilla brads
Tools: Designer Label punch and Paper Shapers 2 3/4" circle punch, Eyelet Border punch, Small Oval punch, Big Shot and Flower Layers Sizzex

Special Touches on the card: I die cut the flowers first and then I stamped the polka dot ornament on top of the flowers. I have to say I love the cute polka dot flowers I made. The leaves were made my punching the small oval, folding it in half and then cut the leaf down to size. The flowers, the leaf and the greeting were attached with Stampin' Dimensionals.

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #14

Here is another great color combo from Raspberry Suite. The colors are Raspberry, Cream, Purple and Scarlet. Here is my project for the challenge.
Ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets: Think Happy Thoughts, Favorite Things, Flight of the Butterfly, Delightful Decorations (very small sneak peak to the Holiday Mini)
Paper: Razzleberry Lemonade Designer Series Paper, Whisper White, Bravo Burgundy and Rich Razzleberry
Ink: Bravo Burgundy and Rich Razzleberry
Accessories: Twill Tape, On Board Chipboard
Tools: Big Shot, Flower Layers with Leaf Sizzex, My Way Punch, 1 3/8", 1 1/4" and 3/4" circle punches, Spiral Punch
Special touches on this card: The butterflies as well as the index card were stamped and cut out. I punched the arrow from the My Way punch and covered the arrow on the index card. I stamped the ornament from the Delightful Decorations and then punched out the 3/4" circle punch. I loved how the polka dots coordinated with the butterflies. The 3/4" circle and the butterflies were attached with dimensionals. Designer series paper was attached to On Board Chipboard and ran through the Big Shot to make the flower. The twill tape was adhered to the card with pop-up glue dot.

Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #13

I decided to try the color challenge on Dawn McVey's blog. Here is Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #13, White, Red, Moss and Berry. I decided to pull out some retired In Colors for this project. I have to say I really like what I came out with. It does help that I have the best subject to scrapbook, my niece.

Ingredients to Make the Page:
Stamp Set: Tart & Tangy
Ink: Mellow Moss and Riding Hood Red (retired)
Paper: Pink Pirouette Textured (retired), Bella Rose Designer Series Paper (retired), Riding Hood Red (retired), Whisper White and Mellow Moss
Accessories: 5/16" Jumbo Brads
Tools: Big Shot, Top Note Sizzex, Decorative Accent with Flower Sizzex, Timeless Type Sizzlets, Eyelet Border Punch

Special Touches on this Page: To get to the two colors on the strawberries. I stamped 5 berries in red and then 5 berries in moss. I cut the red berries out and then the green one, I only cut out the tops. Then I took the tops and adhered them to the top of the red berries.
