Another Pals Paper Arts Challenge


I have to say I amm loving the fact the Pals Paper Arts had the Monochromatic Blues challenge. It gives me a chance to play with all the Blues that will be retiring. I have to say I am going to miss them.
I saw this great card linked off of the Moxie Fab World and I just had to case it using the Circle Circus which I have to admit I have not used enough since I got it! What a simple easy card and perfect for the men in your life.

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! Today I want to share with you a scrapbook page I made that was inspired by page 59 of this month's Scrapbook Etc. It has this great monochromatic textures in it. Just simple elegance. I also loved last week's Pals Paper Arts color challenge combo and decided to use in the scrapbook page: Basic Black, Melon Mambo and Pretty in Pink.

Pals Paper Arts Challenge

I am so excited by this week's Pal's Paper Arts Challenge. This week's challenge is a color one. The colors are: Melon Mambo, Pretty in Pink and Basic Black. I couldn't wait to come up with some thing for this challenge. It let me used somre retired products, Love & Happiness rub-ons and the Night & Day Specialty Paper. I also was able to use the fabulous scallop square tip from Gretchen again!

Valentine's Matchbox Photo Album

We are so use to seeing little treats inside our matchbox, well I decided to put a little pull out album instead.

To make the box that holds the photos, I took a 4.5" x 4" piece of card stock. I scored the outside border by 1/2" all around.
The box to wrap around the box is 7.5" x 3.5". Scored at 3", 3.5", 6.5", 7"

The sheet of paper that photos were put on is 9" x 3.5". I scored at 3" and the 6".

My Nephew's Birthday Card


Inspired by this week's color challenge, I used two of the colors in my nephew's birthday card. I also used the scraps of paper I didn't use in the color challenge. Mojo Monday #119


Well I have been a little behind on all the Mojo Monday sketches. Here is last week's. It uses an old In Color Purely Pomegranate. I was going through my card stock scraps and thought it was Rose Red and I have to say I like the monochromatic combination. Purely Pomegranate is one of my favorite InColors!

Holiday Blitz Snowman Pull Out Card



It all started with the jumbo snowflake in the center of the 1 3/4" circle punch. I was thinking it would look great as a pull tab.
