I just found that my upline, Sharon, is having a baby boy in December. Here is a card I made to mail to her. I used the Polka Dot background stamp to stamp the background of the card. Next came the baby carriage from my Fun & Fast Notes. The carriage was colored in with my Stampin' Write Markers and the polkas with my uni-Signal gel pen. The scallop edge along the bottom was made with my slit punch and then used my paper piercing tool to punch holes into the middle of the scallops. Lastly, I added some Whisper White taffetta ribbon.
