I am too excited to post any projects for you tonight. I am still running on adrenaline from the Bruce Springsteen concert I went to. I was in the pit in front of the stage!!!! I can't believe it was so amazing. It was the best concert ever. He was right there! You could feel the bass and the drums. You could see the sweat.
When we got the tickets we didn't know what to expect. They were General Admission tickets. When we looked at the stage map, the showed that the entire floor was General Admission. We expected to be like sardines in a can.
What actually happened is that they had wristbands that they were handing out until 5 today. Then they picked the lucky wristband winners. Anyone who had 927069 through 927369 was going to go into the pit area. I was 927347. I was in!
They only had 300 people in the stage pit area. You would think that would be a lot people but it really wasn't there was plenty of room.
The rest of the floor was general admission and that was 500 people. It was like my sardine can analogy.
It was great, we had plenty of room and were able to go get food and everything without losing our place. I felt like a V.I.P.
I don't know how I got so lucky, but I am so happy luck was on my side. Who knew I was going to have luck today, I started out with a flat tire. :)
My favorite of all was Badlands. I have to say I love that song. I only wish I got the album sooner, because I just loved all the songs he played from it. Radio No Where, Girls In Their Summer Clothes, Your Own Worst Enemy, Long Walk Home. Here is the set list from tonight.
What a fabulous night! I can't wait for him to come back around, because I will be there!
