Here are Valentine treat bags filled with M&M candies. They are super easy to make and what great gifts to give out on Valentine's day. The heart and the swirl come from the Priceless stamp set and were stamped with the Purely Pomegrante ink. I punched the heart out with our 1 3/8" circle punch and then mounted on a scallop circle punch. Two silver brads keep the cello bag and the bag topper together.
