Happy Birthday Dad! Yes, it's my dad's birthday today. It's a milestone birthday, he turns the big 60. The colors used in this card just happen to be the color challenge for this week: Tempting Turquoise, Green Galore, Apricot Appeal and Gable Green. I decided to pull the Rainbow Sherbert designer series paper for this project. I pulled out an American Coaster and covered it with Tempting Turquoise card stock. I diecut the star with a old star Sizzex and then the 60 with the Go-Go Boots Sizzlets. I then stamped the greeting using the happy from Polka Dot & Paisley and then the Birthday comes from the Big Bold Birthday. The finishing touches were the tempting turquoise grosgrain ribbon, scallop edge border and stars with silver brads with dimensionals.
