PPA Challenge

The challenge this week from Pals Paper Arts is to take the photo from the Pottery Barn catalog and use elements as inspiration for our project. My inspiration came from the chalkboard, bulletin boards on the wall. I thought it would be great to make them into a photo frame for a school day photos. So here's my challenge with my 3 favorite kids. I have to say I love this picture of my Godson and the way he is not smiling.

Ingredients to make the page:
Paper: Pawsitively Prints DSP(coming in the Holiday Mini), Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, Good Morning Sunshine DSP (retired), Creamy Caramel and Basic Black

Accessories: Brocade Blue Wide Grosgrain Ribbon, Chocolate Chip Corduroy Buttons
Tools: Big Shot, Owl with Branch Sizzlet, Timeless Type Sizzlets, Photo Corner Punch

Special Touches on the Page: Running the owl four different times through the Big Shot to get the different colors and elements to paper piece them together. The triangle, I cut one side then took the cut image and placed it on the other side and then used that as a guide to cut so both sides were even. The last touch was the tailored bow.
