So I found this great kit to make paper doilies in my local craft store on clearance. I know I could probably made the doilies with a little bit of time and patience, but I decided to buy the kit instead. It saved me so much time. All I needed to do was decorate with some circles and ribbon and there you have Minnie Mouse birthday banner to hang on the wall.
Ingredients to make the banner:
Paper: Basic Black
Accessories: Melon Mambo Polka Dot Ribbon, Paper Doilie Banner Kit
Tools: Circle Sizzex, 2 1/2", 1 3/4", 1 1/4" Circle Punches,
