I love this week's Paper Craft Crew challenge! We are playing Tic Tac Toe! How great is this! I recently got Chameleon pens and I had fun coloring the little girl from the Hey Girl stamp set. I was playing when I got the pens and just wanted to be taken back to the days of coloring and having fun with no end game. So here was this Hey Girl all colored in waiting to be put on a project.
A viola Paper Craft Crew gave me an opportunity to use the colored image. I decided to take the path starting with Purple, followed with Candy Dots and Flower. I had purple and a flower in the gift bag all that was left was candy dots and way to put it all together.
The hard thing with coloring with not knowing the end game was find coordinating paper and accessories!!! The colors from the pen are not exactly SU specific. The purple when colored in looks more like Orchid Opulence. Remember that color! I do but unfortunately I do not have any SU card stock, ink or accessory still available from that color combo!!
So most of the card ends up being a non-SU card and I just had fun with the card and the design using products from crafty collection! I found a sketch on my Pinterest Board dedicated to Card Sketches to help me put the card together! Thank you Pinterest.
Ingredients to make the card:
Stamp Sets: Hey Girl
Ink: Ink and Chameleon Pens from a local craft store
Paper: Whisper White, card stock from a local craft store
Accessories: Whisper White Baker's Twine, Enamel Dots and Washi Tape from a local craft store
Tools: Circle Framelits, Little Letters Framelits, Corner Rounder from a local craft store
