Dylusions

So when I saw this week's color challenge from As You See It, it called for me to use my Dylusions spray inks that I just got.    They were just perfect for the occasion!!

Dyan Reaveley actually had colors that were very similar to the Stampin' Up!  colors.    I ended up using Periwinkle Blue, Polished Jade and Fresh Lime.     For the ghosting technique on the background I used the Fresh Dots stencil.      The end result gorgeous background.

Then when you make a gorgeous background what to do with it!   After a little thought I decided to use the beautiful Daisy Delight stamp set.    The sentiment comes from the Sending Thoughts stamp set.   I also made a birthday card using the Lawn Fawn Happy Happy Happy set.    The strip of designer series paper from The Paper Studio was the finishing touch.

This is a FABULOUS background - I love it! I like the way you've added in some calming touches of black and white as well, especially the strip at the side. The ghosting is a great addition to an already lovely background. Thank you for joining us at As You See It this week, Stasia.

LOVE the background, Stasia. The stencil you chose to use for the ghosting technique gave the first impression of a bokeh effect, which is very lovely behind the black and white contrasting daisies! Thanks for playing along with us at As You See It Challenge!
