Congrats Grad

This week at Stampin' Royalty, the challenge is Graduations!    This is an exceptional year for me.   I actually have three young ladies graduating and going off to college.    I remember them when they were babies!   I can't believe they are now young adults going off on their own.   Where did the time go.

Here is my graduation card filled with lots of great stamp sets from Sale-a-bration and my favorite alphabet, Layered Letters.

Retro Sketch Happy Day

I can't even tell you how much I love this week's Retro Sketch of the week.   I love the strips of patterned paper.   Love, love, love.

It was a perfect way to showcase two Sale-a-bration stamp sets, Perfect Pairings and Honeycomb Happiness and the beautiful It's My Party Designer Series Paper.

Sequined Happy Birthday


This week at Stampin' Royalty is to challenge everyone to work with beautiful sequins.    I decided to pull out my sequins and put them inside a shaker card!    What better way.   I used an old My Favorite Things sketch for inspiration.

I used the Project Life Paper Clips Thinlits to diecut the center of the die cut.

Here are 3 three fun cards made with Occasions Mini and Sale-a-bration all for the men in your life.  

It was so fun to create in a color palette and themes specifically for the men in our life.

The first card was made with the Freshly Made Sketch of the week.   It features in the Beautiful Ride stamp set.    I took the sketch and turned it on it's side and added an element from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set.

My next card made with the Pals Paper Arts sketch of the week.    It features one of the free stamp sets you can earn for free during Sale-a-bration, The Sky is the Limit!!    How great is this airplane stamp set.   Perfect for birthdays, love, graduation and encouragement!    It has so many great sentiments in the set.    Happy Birthday, You Send Me Soaring, Congratulations and The Sky is the Limit.      It is paired up with the beautiful Going Places Designer Series Paper.

Easter Wishes Honeycomb Happiness

So is everyone done with the cold weather and ready to move on to the next season!    I love the little chickie from the Honeycomb Happiness stamp set.   It is just perfect to use for your Easter cards.    I love this week's Fusion sketch challenge it was a perfect inspiration to have all the chickies piggie back on another!

Stampin' Royalty Color Challenge

This week at Stampin' Royalty we are challenge everyone with a color challenge.    The colors are:   Pink Pirouette, Early Espresso, Mint Macaron.

After creating the card, I think I may have picked up my Blushing Bride card stock and not the Pink Pirouette!   Oh well,  a pink is a pink.  

I did introduce another color and it is the Sahara Sand for the cone.

Honeycomb Happiness

Now I haven't showcased that many items from the Sale-a-bration brochure, but that doesn't mean that there is some amazing stamp sets.    One of my favorites is this little birdie from the Honeycomb Happiness stamp set.    Here is the little guy paper pierced.   I recently found the Global Design Project challenge site, here is a great sketch from the site.
