Happy Easter

Here is to the start of Easter weekend.  Here are two cards for the Easter holiday.   The chica card was so easy to make.   Circles and before you know it the card is complete.

Most of the products are not Stampin' Up! and they were picked up at local craft store.    Some of the products are really old, but in the year of using my craft stash.  I was so happy to use such bright and cheerful colors.    The projects that were Stampin' Up! were the card stock and circle punches.

The second card was even easier than the Chica card.    I had these great tulip stickers and they all I did was add a little card stock stripes for a striking background and stamped a sentiment and the card started to take shape.

Ingredients to make the tulip card:
Stamp Set from the dollar bin at a local craft store
Ink:   Real Red
Paper:   Whisper White, Real Red, Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight
Accessories:   Brights Candy Dots
Tools:   Corner Rounder from a local craft store

Easter Tags

So is everyone ready for Easter week to start.   Does everyone have all their shopping done?   Here are a few cute little tags that you can make in no time at all and they dress up any little goodie bag or easter basket.    The first tags were made created with the Freshly Made Sketch of the week.   Super cute and super easy!

When I saw this little chickie with the sentiment, new beginning, I wasn't sure I would ever use the sentiment and then I had to make little goodie bags for my two new little baby cousins and it was perfect.    The little babies are too little to join in the Easter egg hunt, but this was a perfect fit for them!

This week at The Paper Players, the theme is Celebrate Spring and these tags definitely do celebrate spring and new beginnings.

Ingredients to make the new beginnings tags:
Stamp set from a local craft store
Ink:   Basic Black, Pumpkin Pie
Paper:   Whisper White, Basic Black, Daffodil Delight and It's My Party Designer Series Paper
Accessories:    Basic Black Gingham Ribbon, Enamel Dots from a local craft store
Tools:   Crop-a-dile

I have cute little Easter baskets for my family, but they are a little on the plain side.      So here are some cute little tags I put together very quickly.    The best part of the tag was that I used the Daffodil Delight Pompom Trim that has been sitting on a shelf and hardly been used!

Ingredients to make the tags:
Stamp sets from the dollar bin at the local craft store
Ink:    Basic Black, Daffodil Delight, Tangerine Tango
Paper:    Whisper White, Tangerine Tango Patterns Designer Series Paper, Designer Series Paper from a local craft store
Accessories:   Daffodil Delight Pompom Trim, Enamel Dots from a local craft store
Tools:   Crop-a-dile, Banner Punch
