This is not the first and I am pretty sure this will not be my last card made with the Broadway Birthday suite from the new Stampin' Up! Idea Book and Catalog. I decided to change it up a little bit and I ended up using the Merry Little Christmas designer series paper for the background. I fussy cut the Hooray stamp image and the candles from the designer series paper. This finishing touch were enamel dots.
