Sometimes a gift tag is a perfect fit and no card is necessary. I love making tags, but I don't always have a gift to give, but this time it worked out. I die cut congrats from the Sunshine Wishes set. Layered Letters Alpha provides the Grad. The hat comes from the Unity A to Z Coordinates. A 3/4" square punch, a strip of designer series paper, enamel dots and baker's twine complete the tag.
