Here is another favorite of mine that we did first hand at my shoebox swap. It is diorama card made with the Voila stamp set. I am so glad we made it first hand. It was so easy to make. Here are the instructions on Splitcoaststampers. I swear it is easier than it looks. It is a great 3-D card to make. You just need your two large circle punches. We colored in the chef and the birthday cakes with our Stampin' Write Markers and that was the hardest part along with cutting out the chef. 
Here is a another sample of the Diorama card with the Ahoy Matey stamp set and coordinating wheel. We didn't make Ahoy Matey one the day of the event, but it was a sample that was available for us to look to see the versatility of this 3-D card.
