Petal Cone Take Out Box
I have seen these mini take out boxes made with the Petal Cone Sizzex die on a few different blogs and I couldn't wait to make my own. It is very similar to the petal cone basket. You cut one inch off the bottom and then score two inches from the bottom to make the box.
Click here to shop the Occasions mini and make sure you pick up all the amazing products like the Eat Chocolate stamp set and Petal Cone Sizzex before they are gone on Saturday.
Here is my takeout box and the ingredients to make it:
Stamp Sets: Eat Chocolate
Ink: Early Espresso
Paper: Crumb Cake
Accesories: Early Espresso Striped Grosgrain Ribbon
Tools: Petal Cone Sizzex, Big Shot, Crop-a-dile

My Goddaughter just turned 21 and this is the card I made for her. I can't believe she is 21, I can still remember holding her in my arms.

Love Banner
My mom decided to dress up the house for Valentine's Day. To say the least neither one of us actually owns any Valentine's Day decorations. So we have some red placemats and towels and of course these very cute curtains. So inspired by the curtains, I decided to make this cute love banner. I have to say I really like the way it came out.
In between each letter, I took some wire and strung some Pretties in between. You know all the things in the Pretties kit you have no idea how you are going to get rid of. Well after putting like 7 beads in between each letter, there is still so many beads left!!!
This banner is actually perfect for this week's Pals Paper Arts challenge. The challenge is bows. There is a total of 8 bows on this project!
So here is the ingredients to make the love banner as well as some close up shots.
Paper: Riding Hood Red, Whisper White, Bella Rose Designer Series Paper (retired)
Accessories: Pretties Kit, White Taffeta Ribbon, Rhinestones

Holiday Treat Jar
Well I am never one to step away from a challenge. I was just talking to a friend of mine and she asked me for an idea for putting candies in Mason Jar. So off to my stamp room I went and came up with this idea. I have to say I lovin' this idea. It may be the holiday gift I give out to co-workers this year.
Ingredients to make this project:
Stamp set: Lot of Thoughts (retired Sale-a-bration set from last year)
Ink: Real Red
Paper: Real Red, Whisper White
Accessories: Real Red Polka Dot Grosgrain Ribbon, 5/16" Jumbo Brads, Jingle Bells from a local craft store, Hemp Twine
Tools: Jumbo Snowflake punch, Big Shot, Sizzex Circle #2, Paper Piercer and Tag Sizzex I also purchased at a local craft store.
Special Touch: The tag was attached first to the rim of the jar with dimensionals. Then I wrapped ribbon around the jar. I tied the bells onto the ribbon first with Hemp Twine and then tied the knot in the ribbon to hide the twine. The words were cut out and attached.

Amazing Florals Spotted at Convention
Here are just a few of the amazing floral projects that I saw at convention. The first is by far one of my favorite. It is made with our Big Shot Sizzex. I how stinkin' cute is the outfit. Sizzex can cut into felt. I can so see my niece wearing something like this with coordinating bag. This was made by the home office.
The next one comes from Michelle Fisher. She was one of the Artisan Winner this year. How beautiful are these homemade tulips made from paper! The next two projects On Board Ginormous Pieces chipboard. After that check out the paper topiaries made with our punches. What detail!
One project is more beautiful than the next one! There are so many wonderfully talented demonstrators out there. There were so many projects displayed, so much inspiration in one place. I apologize that I can't give credit to the ladies who actually made them. Thank you for submitting such beautiful work!
Stay tuned for more convention wow's!

My Favorite Main Stage Projects
Here are just a few of my favorite projects that were shown on the main stage of the Stampin' Up! convention. The first ones are made with the new home decor line that will be released in October. Who would have thought that you can use the vinyl art to make such beautiful projects as these.
The next two come from Shelli, our CEO and co-founder. They are made with the Sissex Big Shot!!! So many fabulous pennants, thank you's, treat holders, centerpieces for parties. The first one is a dresser for her newest addition to the family, her granddaughter that is due to be born soon. There is a pennant with her name. She dressed up diaper cake, invitations, thank yous and many other items. The second one is for a birthday party for her grandson. There are even masks. Don't use just love the new In colors, Pacific Point, Kiwi Kiss and Tangerine Tango!

The next projects are a smores container made with one our new stamp sets Under the Stars. The second project was homemade gift bags made with our Designer Series Paper. The first one the embellishments are made with our Simple Birthday Thanks stamp set. Don't you just love the new ribbon, our chocolate chip one inch double stitched grosgrain ribbon!

The next project, the scrapbook page uses our styles silver hodgepodge, our new chipboard letters and heat embossed leaves from our Best Wishes & More stamp set. The second picture shows our new Cheers to You stamp set. I am so loving this set!!! It is by my favorite from the new catalog. What you can't see is how she made the same swirls stars on the inside with the beer mugs inside. This is so easy to do. I can't wait to plan a workshop and show everyone how to make the pop up cards. The last project is made with our upsy daisy stamp set. I just love the simple elegance of this card.
Check back tomorrow when I post more convention stories.
