So it's been a while since I had time to prepare for a Scrapbooking Global blog hop. I either see it and don't have time to prepare a page or it's way too late and the hop is already filled up with enough participants.
This month's Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop theme is What little boys are made of. I decided to use the gold stars and sentiment from the Here's to Strong Woman stamp set. Who says you can't use the sentiment for little boys. They deserve a whole sheet of Gold Stars especially when they graduate pre-school and are on their way to Kindergarten.
Here is my nephew getting his diploma at his pre-school graduation. I started out with an aqua painter and some Pineapple Punch ink for the background. Next came the gold stars, I used my Stamapartus to line up the stars and then I moved the paper as well as use the notches on the side of my Stamparatus to make a row of stars. I used some sentiments and images from the Geometrical, Sending Thoughts and Here's to Strong Woman. The congrats grad comes from the Sunshine Wishes die cut and the Layered Letters alphabet. Some Faced dots and baker's twine were the finishing touch to the page.
The next stop in the hop is Julie Quinn
