Mini Album

This week's Inkredible color challenge is Daffodil Delight, Coastal Cabana and Basic Gray.     I have to say I love this color combination.   In fact, stay tuned tomorrow for another project made with these colors.

Here is a mini album I made to give to my fellow design team members the Stampin' Royalty as well as my roomie and best friend.

The die to make the album is not Stampin' Up! but it is one of my favorites perfect to put wallet size photos inside.

Inspiration is everywhere.


Next time you are in a bind, check out my Pinterest boards.   I have to say I love some of the amazing card ideas I have found especially my Holiday Cards and Project board.    Click here to see the inspiration for today's post.   A simple punch of a snowflake, some designer paper and some embellishments and this card is almost done.   Most of the products are not SU except for the vanilla button, whisper white card stock, cherry cobbler ink and Snow Festival designer series paper from the Holiday Mini.

Inkredible Color Challenge


A good friend of mine just moved into a new home.    This week's Inkredible color combo worked perfectly to make a card for her and her family.    The colors are:  Crumb Cake, Night of Navy, Marina Mist and Raspberry Ripple.   So here is my punch art home.

I just love this sentiment, it is from a retired stamp set, but I just love using it.   Perfect for those wintry cards.    Stamping Royalty starts off the new year with a color challenge.   The colors are:   Not Quite Navy, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Very Vanilla.

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween! I hope everyone has a great day trick or treating or is in NJ we will be waiting to trick or treat on Monday. This week's Stamping Royalty challenge brings us an emboss resist challenge. I have to say it was a challenge to come up with an emboss resist project. I do embossing, but I have to say I haven't done much resisting! So I hope you join us in the challenge. I have to say getting out of your comfort zone is always a good thing, you just never know what the results will be. I have to say I am happy with mine.

Happy Halloween!


Here is my newest Halloween decoration that I made to add to my collection.    The collection started with a few scarecrows and pumpkins and has grown to so much more!   Here is a chipboard that I decorated.   Most of the products are not SU except for some black cardstock and Howlstooth & Scaringbone Designer Series Paper.

Love the Howlstooth & Scaringbone DSP

The Howlstooth & Scaringbone designer series paper is slowly becoming one of my favorite designer series papers.   It is so versatile and I love all the designs.   It worked perfectly for this week's Inkredible color challenge.   The colors are:   Pumpkin Pie, Tangerine Tango and Early Espresso.

Double Trouble

I just love this week's Scrapbook News & Review color combination.   I have to say it has become one of my favorite color combos.   Probably because I haven't used Going Gray in a long time.  I actually don't even have the ink pad anymore, I just had my marker.     Here is my niece and nephew just being as cute as ever.   You never know what you are going to get with the two of them.   It could be laughter or trouble!

Yahoo!!

On October 6, we celebrated World Card Making Day.   I spent the day stamping and creating lots and lots of cards.   In fact I made 20 cards total.   I had a great time participating in the Fiskateers challenges.   Today, the released the list of winners of the days challenges!   I won in the Sing, Sing a Song challenge.    So exciting, I even get prizes in the mail coming my way!   Yeah!  

So here is my card and the song of choice is "Baby It's Cold Outside".    I love that song.  It always reminds me of the movie Elf.

My First Isabella Scrapbook Page


Here is one of the many scrapbook pages I am sure to be making for my niece, Isabella.   She was born in June and I can't believe it's taken me this long to create a scrapbook page for her.   Here is here a photo from her one month photo shoot.   I used the Jumbo Sticky Rounds from the holiday mini and made those beautiful flowers.   Once I started I could not believe how quick and easy those flowers came together.   Such great embellishments on any project.
